1.直接點擊PCE-L122-DCO的方框
2.設定各項數:
– Start_Position_0(1): – 設定CMP Trigger的起點 – Interval_0(1): – 設定等間距觸發的間隔脈衝數 – Dir_0(1) – 設定進行觸發方向,是往正方向或是負方向觸發 – Width_0(1) – 設定觸發輸出的Trigger寬度 – Size_0(1) – 設定觸發次數 – Level_0(1) – 設定觸發為正緣觸發還是負緣觸發 – Encoder Mode: – 設定Encoder的模式 – A/B phase – CW/CCW
3.點擊Start_Trigger0(1)→會呈現綠色燈,代表等待Encoder正式輸入
– Encoder: 會有讀值輸入(右圖紅框) – Auto Compare: 會有數值產生,直至設定的Size數停止
– 請確認Encoder Mode設定是否與實際輸入之訊號是否匹配 – Encoder數值與實際訊號反向, 請將A/B配接線互換 – Encoder數值有短少, 請查線材接點,另建議使用絞線,以避免訊號互相干擾 – 請確認訊號源,有正確的輸出
– Encoder數值短少 – Encoder方向與設定的方向反向
