The possible reasons include the following:
The USB to COM on the PC is not installed with the correct driver (CH341SER driver)
The stepper drive connected to the PC via USB is not powered
The stepper drive module is simultaneously connected to both EtherCAT and micro-USB
There are issues with the USB to micro-USB cable connecting the PC and the stepper drive – Please ensure that the cable has transmission capabilities – Consider purchasing an isolated cable
Troubleshooting Methods:
The USB to COM driver on the PC is not installed correctly (CH341SER driver) – Please download the CH341SER driver from the TPM official website and install it(click here to download)
The stepper drive connected to the PC via USB is not powered – Please check if the drive’s power supply is functioning properly
