Why is the DIO on the PCE-L12x-DCO board not functioning?
PCE-L122-DCO and PCE-L123-DCO are present on the board :
- Encoder: EA/EB, 2 sets
- CMP: 2 points, single-ended connection
- DI: 4 points, NPN type
- DO: 4 points, NPN type
- Connected via SCB-111-xxA to 104-T110-DUM
Description :
- The isolation interface on the PCE-L122-DCO/PCE-L123-DCO boards requires an external power source
- The 104-T110-DUM power interface only transfers 24V/GND to the corresponding 24V/GND points on CN4/CN5
Possible reasons for the DIO on the board not functioning :
- DC24V power supply abnormality
- Incorrect power supply to the board’s isolation interface
- Incorrect counterparts or wiring for DI/DO
- Board circuit breakdown and damage
The confirmation sequence is as follows :
1.Please verify that the DC power input for 104-T110-DUM is normal
2.Please confirm if the E24V/EGND on CN3/CN6 has been connected to the 24V power source, as indicated by the red box 2 in the diagram
3.Please ensure that the wiring is correct
