Description
EtherCAT On the Fly Applications
Wafer counting or Height Detection
Automatically captures the encoder position when the DI is activated and stores the positions sequentially.
TGV Glass Laser Drilling
Auto Trigger mode generates synchronized hardware signals up to 1MHz at precise, equidistant intervals based on feedback, ensuring high-speed and realtime TGV laser drilling.
Image Capture or Marking
Table Trigger mode generates arbitrary trigger-out signals automatically to the camera or laser when reaching predefined positions, which are compared with the feedback from an encoder or linear scale.
Line Scan
Auto Trigger mode generates high-frequency trigger-out signals, up to 1MHz, to the camera automatically when the predefined interval is met each time, which is compared with feedback from an encoder or linear scale.
Dispensing
Toggle Trigger Mode automatically generates triggers at non-uniform or irregular predefined positions, allowing for complex and customized dispensing layouts.
Wafer Inspection
Multi Fixed Interval Mode allows users to preload multiple fixed-interval trigger configurations, which are applied sequentially by the module automatically.
Time-Division Strobe Triggering
Sequentially controls multiple trigger outputs according to the encoder position, enabling synchronized switching of different illumination sources during motion.
