MyLink Tool - How to Execute Home
- Main Purpose:
-Verify the Home function
-Types of Home modes
-There are a total of 13 modes ranging from 0 to 12. For detailed information, please refer to Section 3.7.4 of the Motionnet Programming Manual
-For visual explanations of Home modes, consult pages 198 to 211 of the Motionnet Programming Manual
- Related Procedure:
1.Complete all necessary configurations for the running axis
2.Select the relevant settings for the Home operation
-Configure the parameters required for the selected mode
3.Set the Home_Move parameters
4.Execute the Home operation
1.Complete axis configuration:
-MIO Logic Settings
-ALM/ERC/INP/SD, etc
-Set according to servo/stepper driver specifications
-PIO
-Pulseoutput_mode
-Configure the card’s output mode
-OUT/DIR;CW/CCW;A/B phase
-Pulse source
-Encoder source
-Internal
-External
-Command
-PulseIN_mode
-Set the card’s Encoder mode
-1AB;2AB;4AB;CW/CCW
-Pulse_Dir: Whether the values need a negative sign
-Normal
-Reverse

2.Configuration of Home
-Select the Home mode (0~12, a total of 13 modes, refer to section 3.7.4 in the manual)
-Depending on the chosen Home mode, specify the following:
-ORGLogic
-EZLogic
-EZ Count, provide a value as needed based on the mode
-ERC: No/Yes
-ORG Offset: Provide a value as needed based on the mode

3.Configure Home_Move Parameters
-After completing step 2 and configuring the Home mode and its settings
-Select the execution mode → Home (as in the highlighted red box)
-StrVel: Provide a value as needed (cannot be zero)
-MaxVel:Provide a value as needed (cannot be zero)
-Tacc:Provide a value as needed
-Tdec:Provide a value as needed
4.執行:
-SVON → Forward (or Backward); (as shown in the right figure)
