Instructions on how to use the MyLink tool to implement the Single-Axis CMP Trigger Out feature
Hardware Configuration:

Relevant steps:
Completion of axis settings: -MIO Logic Settings -ALM/ERC/INP/SD, etc -Depending on the servo/stepper drive settings -PIO -Pulseoutput_mode -Set the card’s output mode -OUT/DIR;CW/CCW;A/B phase -Pulse source -Encoder source -Internal -External -Command -PulseIN_mode -Set the card’s Encoder mode -1AB;2AB;4AB;CW/CCW -Pulse_Dir:Does the value need a negative sign -Normal -Reverse
Settings related to Auto CMP Trigger Out
– CompareMethod – Choose the direction of the Compare trigger; there are three options – Directionless: Both positive and negative direction – (+Dir) Singal Output while Counting Up – (-Dir) Singal Output While Counting Down
– CompareSource – Select the counting source for Compare – Command – Encoder
– CompareInterval – Set the interval value for Compare
Configure axis movement parameters and enable Auto Compare
– Complete axis movement parameters – Dist: Movement distance – StrVel: Initial velocity – MaxVel: Maximum velocity – Tacc: Acceleration time – Tdec: Deceleration time
– Enable Auto Compare 1.Click on Auto Compare to enter the activation page 2.Click Start to initiate
Execute:
– Click on Operation → Return to the Single Axis Control page (as shown in the bottom left image)
– SVON → Forward(as shown in the bottom right image)
