How to Implement Line and ARC Functions with MyLink for PCE-M114GL
How to Implement Line and ARC Functions with MyLink for PCE-M114GL
Step-by-Step Implementation Guide
Step One: Complete the MIO and PIO settings for the 4 axes
Step Two: Confirm that each individual axis can be controlled properly
Step Three: Click on the checkbox for the PCE-M114-GL card to enter the multi-axis operation function page
Step Four: Specify the operating axis and choose the operating function (Line / ARC)
Step One: Complete the MIO and PIO settings for the 4 axes
MIO:Motor Control Interface and Mechanism Points – Servo/Stepper Motor Interface I/O Point Settings – ALM – INP – ERC – Mechanism Points – EL – SD
Note: Pay attention to the following indicators during control – The indicators for EL+/EL- should not be lit simultaneously, indicating a logic error – ALM should not be lit – EMG should not be lit
PIO:Motor Pulse Input/Output Interface and Encoder Feedback Interface – Servo/Stepper Motor Pulse Interface Requires Motor Configuration – Out/Dir: 4types – CW/CCW: 2types – A/B phase: 2types – Servo/Stepper Motor Encoder Feedback Interface Settings – Source Selection – Input Type Selection – A/B; 2xAV; 4AB; CW/CCW
Step Two: Confirm that each individual axis can be controlled successfully
The forward and reverse operational directions are correct – Command/Position values are accurate
PEL/NEL match the forward and reverse directions
Step Three: Click on the checkbox for the PCE-M114-Gl card to enter the multi-axis operation functionality page
Step Four: Specify the operating axis and select the operating function (Line/ARC)
Specify the operating axis
Choose interpolation method: – Line: Directly enter the Dist value – ARC: Set the following values – Cx/Cy: Center of the circle – Ex/Ey: End point of the operation Activate operations
