What does ERC mean?
A DI point on the servo drive end (clearance signal of the servo drive’s deviation counter)
Function: When the servo drive receives this signal, it immediately clears the deviation counter value inside the drive, setting it to 0. This causes the servo motor to stop immediately
Operating mode
The control card (device) outputs a digital output (DO) to the servo drive’s ERC (DI) signal from the master control end
Primary Usage Scenarios
Completed homing operation
During positive or negative limit switch actuation
When ALM signal is activated
When EMG signal is activated
