MyLink Axis Module Screen Explanation - Module Setting Area
5.Operation
- Primarily used to select the operating mode and parameters for operation
- The parameters set in this area will not be saved in EEPROM or backup files, etc
- Move_Mode
– Specifies the current operating mode for the designated axis
– Relative : Performs relative mode movement
– Absolute : Performs absolute mode movement
– Continuous : Performs continuous movement at Max_Vel speed
– Home_Move : Executes the Home function
– Home_Search : Executes the Home Search function
– Home_Escape : Executes the Home Escape function

- StopMode
– The operating mode when the designated axis presses Stop on the operating screen
– EmgStop / SdStop

- VelProfile
– The operational speed curve mode when the designated axis presses Forward/Backward on the operating screen
– Tcurve (see below) / Scurve(see below)

S-Curve

T-Curve
- Dist
– The pulse quantity of axis movement when the designated axis presses Forward/Backward on the operating screen
– Numeric setting range: 1~4294967296 (Pulse)
– The pulse quantity for Relative mode movement
– Position 1 for Absolute mode
- Dist2: Only effective in Absolute mode
– Numeric setting range: 1~4294967296 (Pulse)
– Position 2 for Absolute mode

- StrVel: Specifies the initial speed (PPS) of axis movement when pressing Forward/Backward on the operation screen
– Numeric setting range: 1~6500000 (PPS)
– Necessary requirements for this setting:
– This value cannot be 0
– This value must be less than the set value of MaxVel
- MaxVel: Specifies the maximum speed (PPS) of axis movement when pressing Forward/Backward on the operation screen
– Numeric setting range: 1~6500000 (PPS)
– Necessary requirements for this setting:
– This value cannot be 0
– This value must be greater than the set value of StrVel
- Tacc:Specifies the acceleration time for axis movement when pressing Forward/Backward on the operation screen
– Unit: Seconds
- Tdec:Specifies the deceleration time for axis movement when pressing Forward/Backward on the operation screen
– Unit: Seconds

- Ratio: Adjusts the Command to Encoder ratio to 1 when the values are not 1:1
– After setting, it needs to be confirmed by pressing Ratio in the Auto Compare page to take effect
- Backlash: Sets the compensation value generated due to backlash
– Takes effect when the axis undergoes reverse movement

5.Operation (Single Axis Operation Page)
- Command : Displays the command value during axis movement
- Position : Displays the feedback value during axis movement (based on PulseIn_Source)
- Speed : Displays the speed value during axis movement
- Mc Status : Displays the status of the axis
- Operation : Selects the axis control page (default page)
– Repeat: Used to select the axis for repeated back-and-forth movements
– SVON : Selects the axis to enter the energized state
– Reset : Resets the Command/Encoder values to zero
– Backward : Commands the axis to move in the negative direction based on Operation settings
– Stop : Commands the moving axis to stop, according to the Operation mode (EmgStop/SDStop)
– Forward : Commands the axis to move in the positive direction based on Operation settings
– Repeat bar: Used to specify the pause time between axis back-and-forth commands when Repeat is activated

- Auto Compare: Selects the axis control function page (Auto Compare / RALM / DO / ERC / Ratio)
– Auto Compare
– Source Encoder : Displays the count value of the Compare source
– TriggerOut : Press to force a single Trigger output
– Clear : Clears the settings
– Start : Press to command the axis into Auto Compare standby mode, based on the Compare settings
– RALM : Reset Alarm
– DO : digital output
– ERC : Manual ERC output
– Ratio : Configures the ratio of the axis’s Command to Encoder
